Let’s see, how to create.

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 1200×1200 pixels, Resolution 300 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Custom Shape Tool’ & press right click > make selection.

[3]-Now fill the #’021071′ color in selection area.

[4]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[5]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with White color.

[6]-Now set the Opecity like as shown below.

[7]-Now create a shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.

[8]-Now select the ‘Horyzontal Type Tool’ & write the Text .

[9]-Similarly create the other shapes then your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.

Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d capsule model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.

[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Capsule" with the following size as shown below   

[2]-Create capsule in the top view port

[3]-Create two cylinders and apply the bend with the good following amount as shown below

[4]-Set the cylinders like this

[5]-Create box with the following size

[6]-Now convert into the editable poly then select the edge mode now select the edges
     Apply the extrude polygons with the good following amount as shown below

[7]-Your edges should like this

[8]-Select the polygons in the front view port

[9]-Now apply the bevel polygons for three times with the good following amounts

[10]-Your hand should like this

[11]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 3.0

[12]-Set the hands like this in the front view port

[13]-Create two cylinder and apply the bend with the good following amount

[14]-Create chamfer box and apply the FFD modifier now drag the control point like this

[15]-Now your legs should like this

[16]-Create plane like this in the front view port

[17]-This time create rectangle and open the rendering palette now use the following setting

[18]-Set the rectangle like this in the front view port

[2]-Now fill the Background layer with # ‘05057a’ color.

[3]-Select the ‘Custom Shape Tool’ then create the shape & press right click > make selection & fill with #’8080f7′color.

[4]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings in Add Noise.

[5]-Now set the Opecity like as shown below.

[6]-Now select the ‘Horyzontal Type Tool’ & use the following setting & write the Text.

[7]-Select the text layer >right click>Rasterize Type.

[8]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[9]-Now create the selection with the help of ‘Single Row Marquee Tool & then press Delete.

[10]-Your shape should look like as shown below.
