Hello friends I will show how create a 3dsmax 3d doctor model tutorial.
I have used following techniques shown below in this 3ds max tutorial.
[1]-Start 3dsmax and choose "Box" with the following size as shown below
Create box in the top view port
[2]-Select the box and convert into the editable poly now select the bottom polygons
Now apply the extrude polygon for three times with the good following amount as shown below
[3]-Again select the polygons and apply the extrude polygons with the amount of 1.62
[4]-Select the vertex mode and drag the upper vertexes like this
[5]-Select the polygons and apply the bevel polygon with the good following amount as shown below
[6]-Your object should like this
[7]-Create sphere and set like this
[8]-Apply the turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 3.0
[9]-Create two cylinders and apply the taper modifier with the good following amount as shown below
[10]-Set the cylinders like this
[11]-Create box like this in the top view port
[12]-Create rectangle in the left view port with the following size
[13]-Select the rectangle and convert into the editable spline now select the vertex mode
[14]-Select the vertexes and apply the fillet with the amount of 5.0
[15]-Your spline should like this
[16]-Apply the extrude modifier with the amount of 89.0
[17]-Create chamfer box like this
[18]-Create another chamfer box and apply the FFD 3×3x3 now select the control point and drag like this
[19]-Create another rectangle and open the rendering palette now use the following setting as shown below
[20]-Your object so far like this
[21]-Create two more chamfer cylinder now set like this
[22]-Create one more rectangle like me
[23]-Set the box and stethoscope like this
[24]-Open the material window and make material like me
[25]-Set the skylight like this with the following parameter as shown below
