[1] Take a new file of 700 pixels, 200 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Using the “Rectangle Shape Tool” draw a shape as shown below color is not important.

[3] For this shape add the following layer styles.

[4] Now take the “Brush Tool” and now download these brush a Google
for some of your favorite brushes. Or you can go to Deviant.com to search.

[5] Now open a new layer after that play with your brush tool.
