[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Polygonal Lasso Tool’

[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[4]-Now select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[8]-Now fill opacity of this layer 0%

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’

[10]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[11]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[12]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[13]-Now like this create the othersĀ  & fill the different Gradients & your image should look like as shown below

[14]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[15]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Custom Shape Tool’ select ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’

[16]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like this below

[17]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & like this create the others & your image should look like as shown below

[18]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Rounded Rectangle Tool’

[19]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then add the Mask Layer with the help of click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[20]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following gradient & settings

[21]-Now select Mask Layer & fill the Gradient & your image should look like as shown below
