[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 1200×1200 pixels, Resolution 300 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now fill the Background layer with # ‘1f4202′ color.

[3]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & Downloading the following Brushes from www.davinarts.com or fron other sites.

[4]-Now using the Brush as shown below.

[5]-Now select the ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts.

[6]-Open a new layer fill that layer with # ‘fff600′ for this layer change the Blanding Mood ‘Hue’.

[7]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
