[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 1200×1200 pixels, Resolution 300 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now fill the Background layer with Black’ color.

[3]-Select the ‘Custom Shape Tool’ & create the shape & press right click > make selection.

[4]-Now Open New Layer & fill the #’616161′ color in selection area.

[5]-Now create shape with the help of ‘Rectangle Tool’ & press right click > make selection & fill with Black color.

[6]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[7]-Select the ‘Custom Shape Tool’& create the shape & press right click > make selection
& fill with # ‘ fa0000′ color.

[8]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
