[4]-Now using the Brush as shown below.

[5]-Now select the ‘Dodge Tool’ & Highlight the some parts.

[6]-Open a new layer fill that layer with # ff0072′ for this layer change the Blanding Mood ‘Difference’.

[7]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
