Let’s see, how to create.
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 1200×1200 pixels, Resolution 300 & Mode RGB Color.
[2]-Now fill the Background layer with # ‘b51423′ color.
[3]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’& use the following setting.
[4]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool ‘with color # ‘88070b’ right click select “Stroke Path”
& use the following setting of stroke path.
[5]-Now copy this layer & place it like me.
[6]-Take the ‘Brush Tool’ now press F5 & set the properties like me.
[7]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool ‘with color # ‘c00606′ right click select “Stroke Path”
& use the following setting of stroke path.
[8]-Now copy this layer & place it like me.
[9]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’& use the following setting.
[10]-Now create the following shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool ‘with color # ‘ec8209′ right click select “Stroke Path”
& use the following setting of stroke path.
[11]-Similarly create the other circle with increse Brush size .
[12]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur & use the following settings in Gaussian Blur.
[13]-Similarly create the oyher shape should look like as shown below.
[14]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & use the following setting.
[15]-Now using the Brush as shown below.
[16]-Now select the Background layer then go to Blending Options,& use the following settings
