[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 1200×1200 pixels, Resolution 300 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now fill the Background layer with White color.

[3]-Now go to Blending Options,& use the following settings

[4]-Now your background layer should look like as shown below.

[5]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’& Downloading the following Brushes from www.davinarts.com or fron other sites.

[6]-Now using the Brush in selection area as shown below.

[7]-Now set the Opecity like as shown below.

[8]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’& Downloading the following Brushes from www.davinarts.com or fron other sites.

[9]-Now copy this layer then place it like me.

[10]-Now set the Opecity like as shown below.

[11]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
