Let’s see, how to create.

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 1200×1200 pixels, Resolution 300 & Mode RGB Color.

[2]-Now fill the Background layer with Black color.

[3]-Now select the ‘Brush Tool’ & Downloading the following Brushes from www.davinarts.com or fron other sites.

[4]-Now using the Brush as shown below with color # ‘ff6000′.

[5]-Now your ‘Final’ image should look like as shown below.
