Hi Friends! Today I am telling you about How to Create Website Template Free Scheme Tag Graphics
[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 500×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then fill with any color & then go to Blending Options select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘d7d7d7′ color & then go to Blending Options select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[5]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[6]-Now select Contour Elements & use the following settings

[7]-Now select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[8]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[9]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[10]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[11]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
[13]-Now fill the selection with ‘fffffa’ color & then select Erase Tool & use the following settings
[14]-Now erase the some parts with the help of ‘Erase Tool’
[15]-Now select previou 2 Layers & then make the Duplicate Layers with the help of Ctrl+J & then merge these Layers with the help of Ctrl+E & adjust with the help of “Move Tool’
[16]-Now go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripples & use the following settings

[17]-Now your image should look like as shown below
[18]-Now add the Layer Mask with the help of click on following Button which is indicating by Hand Sign
[19]-Now select Gradient Tool & use the following settings
[20]-Now select Layer Mask & fill the Gradient like as shown below
[21]-Now Blending Mode of this Layer should ‘Overlay’
[22]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’
[23]-Now fill the selection with ‘1f4d90′ color & then go to Blending Options select Inner Shadow & use the following settings

[24]-Now set the 4 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[25]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others
[26]-Now select Text Tool 
& create the any Text
